Strictly speaking, there is no "renewal" process for a UK ETA. When your ETA expires, you simply apply for a new one. The process is the same as your original application — same form, same requirements, same fee.
When Does Your ETA Expire?
Your UK ETA expires on the earlier of:
- Two years from the date it was issued
- The expiry date of the passport it was linked to
