Application Process

How do I start an application?+
Simply select your destination, fill in the multi-step application form with your personal details, passport information, and travel plans. Your progress is automatically saved so you can return and continue at any time.
What information do I need to complete an application?+
You will need: your full name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address and phone number, passport details (number, issue and expiry dates), and intended travel date. If applying for a minor, guardian information is also required.
Can I save my application and come back later?+
Yes! Your application progress is automatically saved as you fill in each section. You can close the browser and return later to continue where you left off.
Can I modify my application after submitting?+
This depends on the current status of your application. If changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your reference number and the changes you need to make.
Can I apply for someone else?+
Yes, you can submit an application on behalf of another person (such as a family member). Ensure all the personal details entered belong to the traveller, not the person filling in the form.

Processing & Delivery

How long does processing take?+
Our submission review times are: Standard (up to 24 hours), Express (up to 4 hours), or Rush (up to 1 hour). These refer to our internal review and submission speed. Final approval is determined by the relevant government authority and may vary.
What happens after I submit my application?+
After payment, our team reviews your application for accuracy and completeness. Once verified, we submit it to the relevant government authority. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.
How will I receive my approved travel authorisation?+
Once the relevant government authority approves your application, your travel authorisation is typically delivered to the email address you provided. We will notify you as soon as we receive confirmation.
What if my application is delayed?+
While rare, delays can occur due to government authority processing capacity or additional verification requirements. If your application is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your reference number and we will investigate.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe, our secure payment processor.
What does the total fee include?+
Your total fee includes our service fee for application review and submission support, plus any applicable government fee. The exact breakdown is shown before you confirm payment. Optional travel protection insurance is available as an add-on.
Is my payment secure?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of payment security. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?+
Before submission: the government fee may be refundable, but our processing fee is non-refundable once application review has begun. After submission: all fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered. For refused applications, no refund applies as our service (review and submission) has been completed. Documents & Upload

What documents do I need to upload?+
Typically, you will need to upload a clear photo of your passport information page and a selfie/photo for identity verification. Specific requirements may vary by destination.
When do I need to upload my documents?+
After your application is submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email with a secure link to upload your documents. You can also choose to provide passport details later during the application process.
What file formats are accepted?+
We accept common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF. Please ensure your documents are clear, legible, and not cropped or blurry.
How are my documents kept secure?+
Uploaded documents are stored in access-restricted secure directories, transmitted via SSL encryption, and automatically deleted after your application has been processed, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy & Security

How is my personal data protected?+
We implement robust security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, access-restricted secure storage for documents, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing, and automatic purging of sensitive passport data after processing.
Do you share my data with third parties?+
We share your data only as necessary to process your application: with the relevant government authority for submission, with Stripe for payment processing, and with Brevo for transactional email delivery. We never sell your personal data.
What are my data rights?+
In accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.
How long do you keep my data?+
Application data is retained during processing and for a reasonable record-keeping period. Sensitive passport information is automatically purged after processing. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations.

Troubleshooting

I haven't received my confirmation email+
Please check your spam or junk folder first. Emails are sent from our @travelready24.com domain. If you still cannot find it, contact us at [email protected] with your reference number and we will resend it.
My application was refused. What can I do?+
Application decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Unfortunately, we cannot influence their decision. You may consider reapplying if your circumstances have changed, or contact the relevant authority directly for more information about the refusal.
I made a mistake in my application. Can it be corrected?+
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your reference number and the correction needed. Depending on your application status, we may be able to make the changes before submission.
The website or form is not loading properly+
Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, please contact us and describe the problem along with your browser and device details.
