2. Fees and Pricing

Our fees consist of the following components:

• Government Fee: The official fee charged by the relevant government authority
• Processing Fee: Our service fee, which varies based on your chosen submission review speed:
  • Standard: Up to 24 hours (our review and submission)
  • Express: Up to 4 hours (our review and submission)
  • Rush: Up to 1 hour (our review and submission)
  These timeframes refer to our internal review and submission process. Final approval timelines are determined solely by the relevant government authority.
• Travel Protection (optional): Optional insurance coverage for your trip

All prices are displayed in EUR. The full price breakdown is shown before you confirm payment.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe. Full payment is required before your application is submitted.

4. Processing Times

The processing times listed refer to our internal review and submission timeframes. These are estimated and may vary based on:

• Completeness and accuracy of information provided
• Document verification requirements
• Government authority processing capacity
• Application volume

Final approval timelines are determined solely by the relevant government authority and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays by government authorities.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
• Submit genuine and unaltered supporting documents
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documents
• Not submit duplicate applications for the same travel authorisation
• Keep your application reference number safe for future reference
• Verify your eligibility for the travel authorisation you are applying for

6. Application Outcome

We do not guarantee the approval of any travel authorisation application. The final decision is made solely by the relevant government authority. TravelReady24 is not liable for any application refusal or processing delay.

7. Refund Policy

• Before submission: The government fee may be refundable. Our processing fee is non-refundable once the application review process has begun.
• After submission: All fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered.
• Refused applications: No refund is applicable for applications that are refused by the government authority, as our service (review and submission) has been completed.

8. Chargeback Notice

By using our services, you agree to comply with our refund policy and service terms. Seeking a chargeback outside of these conditions constitutes a breach of these terms.

We take chargeback fraud seriously and may report suspicious disputes to payment processors and relevant agencies. Chargeback fraud can lead to being barred from entry to the destination country and may result in potential criminal and civil charges.

9. Travel Protection (Insurance Add-on)

The optional travel protection coverage is provided as described at the time of purchase. Specific terms and conditions for the insurance coverage are provided during the purchase process. Travel protection, once purchased, is non-refundable.

10. Document Uploads

When uploading documents (passport photos, selfies, etc.), you must ensure they are clear, legible, and genuine copies. Uploaded documents are handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, stored in access-restricted directories, and automatically deleted after your application has been processed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the TravelReady24 website, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

TravelReady24 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Decisions made by government authorities regarding your application
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you
• Any amount exceeding the total fees paid by you for the service

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
