The UK Plug Type
The UK uses Type G plugs, which have three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. This plug type is unique to the UK, Ireland, and a handful of other countries. If you are coming from Continental Europe, the Americas, Asia, or Australia, you will need an adapter.
